Founding Partner

Attorney Bilal AKBABA graduated from İstanbul University Faculty of Law in 2017. He has started his legal career by completing his legal internship at a leading Attorney Partnership in the field of Banking-Finance, Capital Markets, Consumer Rights, Bankruptcy and Concordatum Law. Afterwards, he has served in Concordatum Law department in the same institution.

He has intervened in the lawsuits of 190 debtor companies of the bank which legal consultancy service is provided. Moreover, he has participated in the meetings of the creditors of the companies in the concordatum process and the meetings with the commissioners. In addition, he has managed the execution and collection processes within the framework of the Provisions Regulation.

Attorney Bilal AKBABA is a Turkish Sign Language Translator and conducts research on the Law of the Disabled and strives to take steps towards direct access to justice for the hearing impaired.

Attorney Mehmet Said SARIBAŞ is fluent in Turkish Sign Language, English and provides legal consultancy services to clients in Turkish and English.
